AROS: MPlayer 1.0-V4
Krzysztof 'deadwood' Smiechowicz released an update of his MPlayer port for AROS/x86. It is based on Fabien 'Fab' Coeurjoly's current MorphOS version of the video player.

FLI/FLC-Anim Plugin for Hollywood 5, Move Setter-Plugin Version 1.1
Press release: Airsoft Softwair has published a new plugin for Hollywood 5: Infinity which makes it possible to play FLI and FLC animations.
Due to the platform-crossing plugin system of Hollywood 5.0, the plugin is available for AmigaOS 3.x (Classic), AmigaOS 3.x (FPU), AmigaOS 4, MorphOS, WarpOS, AROS (Intel), Linux (PowerPC), Linux (Intel), Mac OS (PowerPC), Mac OS (Intel) and Windows.
Additionally the Movie Setter-plugin is available in version 1.1.

Individual Computers: Indivision AGA Mk2 ready to delivery
The announced next generation of the Flickerfixer Indivision AGA produced by Individual Computers will be delivered at the end of the month. Two models can be chosen.
The Flickerfixer Indivision AGA Mk2 A1200/4000T is the follow-up model of the Indivision AGA 1200 which is not available any longer and can now also be used in the Amiga 4000T. For users of the desktop version of the Amiga 4000 as well as of the Amiga CD³² the Indivision AGA Mk2 A4000/CD32 is available.
The Mk2-generation now has a monitor output and provides an improved performance. Instead of the VGA-port it has a DVI-I-port.
Currently only to experts it is recommended to buy it because the configuration programm as well as the flash-software is still in development. At the moment the Indivision AGA Mk2 can only display PAL and NTSC-screen modes without problems. You should be able to download updates from the Internet and to transfer them to the Amiga.

AmigaOS 4: Update for AmigaOne X1000
Users of an AmigaOne X1000 can download an update for the operating system which includes a serial.device for the serial interface as well as a sb600ide.device for the connection of PATA-drives.
Registered customers can download the files from the Hyperion website under the title link in the download section. You can get help in the support forum.

APC&TCP: DigiBooster replayer DigiRoller 1.1
DigiRoller is a standalone replayer for DigiBooster Pro 2.x and DigiBooster 3 music modules. Version 1.1 contains the latest replayer engine featuring AHI-independent DSP echo effect.
The latter is backward compatible with old echo (V till Z commands are fully supported), but the effect is processed inside the engine, so it is always active. Echo in AHI may be safely turned off. Additional feature of the new echo (which will be used in DigiBooster 3) is a new echo mode (command V2), where each track can have independent echo parameters.
Another new feature is phase assisted stereo panoraming. Positioning instruments with not only amplitude, but also small phase shifts improves the music experience.
DigiRoller 1.1 includes other improvements in the replayer as well:
working sample offsets (commands 9 and E7) and fixes to B and D commands.
DigiRoller is a free program for AmigaOS, AmigaOS 4 and MorphOS and may be downloaded from the DigiBooster site at the title link. (snx)

NetBSD: Clockport support
The Amiga port of NetBSD now also supports the clockport which can be found on the Amiga 1200-motherboard. The first clockport hardware which can be used under NetBSD/amiga is the RS-232-interface SilverSurfer.

Multi purpose utility: Jack 3.1
Jack is a multi purpose utility. From version 3.1 on AmigaOS/68k and MorphOS also are supported (as untested beta version) as well as AROS ("Release Candidate" with known installation problem: The tool is installed to the current directory).
Additional to basic file operations Jack features image editing, saving screenshots, a music player, AppStore functions, weather forecast, currency conversion and a diary with connection to the Google-diary.
