Accelerator board: ACA-620 available (Update) The accelerator board ACA-620 produced by Individual Computers (amiga-news.de reported) now is available in different Amiga stores. The board is equipped with a 16,67 MHz clocked MC68EC020-processor as well as 9+1 MB virtual memory. 9 MB can be generally used and 1MB is used for the MapROM-function. This means the Kickstart-ROM is executed from the 32-bit-memory which increases the speed. Update: (20:30, 10.10.12, snx) As Jens Schönfeld mentions at a1k.org, an additional part of the 16 MB RAM actually present on-board can be utilized using the ACAtune tool.
