Shortly after the release of MUI 4, the port of version 1.16 of Fabien Coeurjoly's web browser Odyssey is available. Odyssey 1.16 is not the latest version and already two years old but so far for AmigaOS only version 1.9 was available.
The port for AmigaOS 4 does not feature support of HTML5 video and audio. Besides, there are not a plugin-interface or spell check. Currently the archive still is in the upload queue but soon will be available on the main site of the file archive.

Jump'n Run: Full version of Putty Squad as free download
Almost 20 years ago, System 3's Putty Squad should have been released: a demo version was released on several disks of magazines and diverse British magazine did rate the game - and all of them with a high number of points.
But the final release did not follow and during the next years the game became some kind of a hidden secret for hunters of unreleased games.
With the help of the Amiga veteran "Galahad", now the Amiga version of Putty Squad was finished so far. As a Christmas gift to all Amiga fans, System 3 has made available the game on its website for free download.
Putty Squad is provided as two ADF-files and requires an AGA-Amiga. There are no plans for installing it on harddrive. Your web browser has to accept cookies otherwise the download will not work.
Ian 'Codetapper' Lightbody has interviewed Galahad. They talked about the communication with System 3 and the technical problems with finishing the game.

AROS: AEROS beta version 6 for Raspberry Pi
The sixth beta version of Pascal Papara's Debian-Linux-hosted AROS-distribution AEROS for the Raspberry Pi (video) has been released for registered and unregistered users - as usual the version for unregistered users does not include the lx-command with which it is possible to launch Linux-programms out of AROS.
Changes:
- Made alias "omxplayer" under AROS; if you put videos into the video-folder you can run them from any place with "omxplayer nameofvideo" from AROS shell; it supports full HD-Playback through GPU (some additional codecs can be purchased from Pi-store)
- Linux filesystem is now accessible thanks to deadwood's fix
- Assigns Home: and Media: added to Wanderer
- Updated AROS and Linux system files
- Added some icons for Synaptic and file manager (looks like IndieGO!-Marketplace icon but it just launches Synaptic)
- Added Pi-store icon
- Added UAE4all (untested, experimental)
- If you doubleclick a video file in Linux file manager, it will be played through omxplayer

Announcement: 68k-Live-Remixing-Tool PT1210
Andreas Rösner wrote: After one year of development time the developers h0ffman & Akira Rei has finished the beta version of the new live-remixing-application "PT1210" for the Commodore Amiga (screenshot).
According to the developer Akira basically it is a Protracker-MOD-software which simulates the functionality of a Pioneer CDJ Turntables but works with Tracker-modules.
Basically the programm runs on all Amigas with ECS-chipset. The application was written in assembler code by h0ffman. Akira has created the user-interface. The concept was developed by both partners.
The programm is supposed to be presented at the Datastorm 2014 in Göteborg which will take place from February 14th until 16th. Release date will be April 18th during the Revision 2014 in Saarbrücken, Germany.
