Kickstarter campaign: 'Tank Mouse' update The Polish designer Lukas Remis had successfully finished a Kickstarter campaign for the re-release of the wireless Commodore Maus 1352 (amiga-news.de reported). In a short status update, the developer writes that he is in the process of updating the mouse firmware and finding the best solution for the USB-DB9 adapter regarding the chip shortage. Next up, he says, is the production of the injection molds. In the recent poll on which color shade to use, most votes fell on RAL 9002, which was also used for the campaign photos. Video tutorial: Bars & Pipes Professional As the user 'Ricebug' reports in the Amiga Love forum, he has been using Bars & Pipes Professional for many years (see also our article about BarsnPipes 1.0 for Amiga OS4.1 FE). He would like to share his experiences with it and has started a corresponding YouTube channel. Currently there are four videos showing the installation, giving an overview of the program, demonstrating the setup of the workplace as well as the MIDI export. More videos are to follow. Real-time strategy: Vanilla Conquer V1.0 released Artur Jarosik is known for various game ports like the platformer Hydra Castle Labyrinth or the action adventure Heart of Darkness besides his SDL implementation of the browser NetSurf. As a contribution for the AmiGameJam he started to port the first part of the realtime strategy series Command & Conquer to the Amiga and named it "Vanilla Conquer" (amiga-news.de reported). According to his developer log, today he has released version 1.0 providing the following changes:

Aracade game: 'Green Beret' May update Green Beret is a conversion of Konami's arcade classic of the same name to the Amiga, written using the Scorpion Engine and won third place at AmiGameJam. In the May update, the "timeout jet" was also added to the Amiga port, which now no longer allows the player to delay the gameplay for longer, e.g. when stopping on the first truck in level 1. Also, blue soldiers now only fire one shot, making the game's difficulty more manageable. Finally, some pixel artifacts in the background of the title screen have been cleaned up. If you already own a previous version of Hollywood Designer, you can buy a discounted upgrade version. People who bought Hollywood Designer 5.0 in 2022 can request a free upgrade. Please note that Hollywood Designer 6.0 runs on top of the Multimedia Application Layer Hollywood 9.1. Thus, Hollywood 9.1 is strictly required for Hollywood Designer 6.0.
