Tutorial: Creating a Kickstart disk for the Amiga 1000 with WinUAE (German)
Already in mid-July Domingo Fivoli has described how to create a Kickstart disk for the Amiga 1000 in his german Commodore blog at the title link. For this he used the emulator package Amiga Forever and the Amiga Explorer, whereby the kickstart data was read from an Amiga with GrabKick, transferred with CrossDOS and finally written to a disk image file using the program WriteKickDisk.
