GameSpy: Sony Talks About Their R&D Efforts In the above mentioned English article at GameSpy Dave 'Fargo' Kosak talks about the presentation of Shin'ichi Okamoto, Senior Vice President and CTO of Sony Computer Entertainment, at the Game Developers Conference 2002. Okamoto began his speech with a quotation from Arthur C. Clarke: "The future is not to be forecast, but created."
