Source text for Amiga-SNES cross assembler TAsm published
TAsm is a cross assembler which can create binaries for the SNES using the Amiga. In order to test the results on the console, a backup solution for Nintendo's hardware is required which can load games from disks. If a "Super Wildcard" is used, then the results of the assembler can be directly transfered to the destitaion device using a cable.
TAsm at least requires a 68020 processor as well as Kickstart 2.04 or higher. An executable, the source text (DEVPAC format) as well as a short documentation you can find on the website of the author under the title link.

Amigakit: 8-MB-RAM expansion for A1200
Amigakit offers a 8MB Fast RAM memory expansion for the Amiga 1200. Additional to the 8 MB Fast RAM the card provides a socket for installing a math coprocessor, "features a Real Time Clock header to install an optional Real Time Clock module" (availalbe for a special discount) as well as a second "second clockport header to give computer more expandability". The memory can be limited to 4 or 5,5 MB by using a "software patch added to startup-sequence" for using PCMCIA cards.

WHDLoad: New installers until 14.03.2020

Preview videos: Shoot'em Up 'Boss Machine' (AGA)
'Boss Machine' is a horizontal scrolling shoot'em up written by Daniel Stephens (Code), Kevin Saunders (Graphics) and Lee Smith (Music) which will run on AGA Amigas. Some videos (1, 2) published on Youtube are supposed provide a first impression of the game but showing it at a very early stage.

Horizontal scrolling Shoot'em Up: Inviyya Demo v2
Inviyya which is inspired by the clssic game R-Type requires an Amiga 500 and according to the developers "will feature 6 levels, couple of special weapons, 3 layer parallax scrolling and nice music and sfx". A commercial release on Poly.play is planned. The team now has released a second playable demo version (video).

Arcade port: Tapper, version 1B
"Tapper" (video) is a port of the arcade classic from 1983 with the same name. The curennt level of development the author describes as an "early developer version" but the game already is playable and the author asks for your feedback regarding functioning on different non-emulated hardware configurations.

AmigaOS 4: Web browser Odyssey 1.23 r5_beta02
Roman 'kas1e' Kargin has released a new beta version of his AmigaOS 4 port of the web browser Odyssey. The changes of the last two releases:
- Added bunch of new and up2date user agents to "spoof as".
- Enabled WebP support
- WebKit revision number is now presented in AboutBox too
- Recompiled with more up2date 3d party libraries: libFreeType2 2.10.1, libXML2 2.9.10, libXSLT 1.1.34 and libWebP 1.0.3
- Source code with all amigaos4 specific changes and custom 3d party linker libraries are on GitHub now: https://github.com/kas1e/Odyssey/
- Recompiled Odyssey with GCC 8.3.0, previously it was 4.4.3
- Fixed dangling pointer issue with WebPreferences, which was responsible for the "Conf" directory string becoming random garbage (c) Hans de Ruiter
The issue was here for a long time, just with older GCC we were lucky enough to not step in.
- Fixed lame crash on exit happens when you use a beta of MUI and it brings you "expire" window.
- Application.library previously got v1 of the interface, but for some time it should be 2, fixed.
- Updated codesets.library to the latest one (6.21, 16 Jan 2018)
- Updated curl-ca-bundle.crt (https://curl.haxx.se/ca/cacert.pem , 01 Jan 2020)
- Compiled with Curl 7.68.0, OpenSSL 1.1.1c & RTMP 2.4.

Jump'n Run: "Tiny little Slug" available
At APC&TCP you can order "Tiny Little Slug" (video), a jump'n run game written by André Zeps, XplrA and Thomas Boisse. In this game you have to "climb like a snail on walls and ceilings to find the strawberry". Opponents cannot be harmed but have to be removed by different methods.
The game offers four different worlds, three different degrees of difficulty and three big end bosses. Highscores can be saved on disk or harddrive or in the NvRAM of the CD32 and on Internet.
Tiny Little Slug is available on CD, disk or as download archive. An Amiga 500 is required but the game also is compatible with accelerated Amigas and the CD32.
