`31.Aug.2021` Amigaimpact	Single-Screen-Platformer: 'Inca Man' released At the beginning of the year, Amiten (e.g. Cocoa Banana, Parallel Worlds 2) had announced a single-screen-platformer for Amigas called 'Inca Man' (video), which is now available and can be purchased for 12 Euro. `31.Aug.2021`	Amiga emulator: Amiberry v4.1.5-RC2 Amiberry is an Amiga emulator for ARM-based single-chip systems like the Raspberry Pi, the Odroid XU4 or the Tinkerboard from ASUS, which brings some newly developed features like a "WHDLoad-Booter" or support for controller configuration using RetroArch. He wrote: "I recently set up a small webshop for my various Amiga products, which can be reached under the domain Taiwanrider.com. This step results from the increasingly complicated business and selling conditions on ebay.com, where my adapters are relatively popular. The webshop allows for a more straightforward and better focused selling environment. Items for sale include my popular adapters for the Amiga 500's expansion port, flexible CPU relocators, and various floppy drive adapters. Shipping is possible worldwide. However, there are currently some restrictions due to the international shipping situation. As soon as changes in shipping options are made by Taiwan Post, I will adjust this in the webshop." `30.Aug.2021`	AmigaOS 4: FTP-Server ZitaFTP 1.25 Hans de Ruiter has released version 1.25 of his commercial FTP server 'ZitaFTP' which now also is available for Windows. He wrote: "Yes, it's been a long time coming, and it's finally here! I first hinted at there being a Windows version of ZitaFTP over a year ago. I'm a little nervous about releasing it (always am with new code), but it's ready to go out into the wild. The Windows version already has a feature that the Amiga version doesn't: the UI runs in its own window; no external browser needed. This isn't possible on AmigaOS because it doesn't have a webview gadget (at least, not a modern one). AmigaOS users, you haven't been forgotten. There's a new version out for you too. It has all of the fixes and enhancements made over the last few months (excluding the webview). The biggest change that you'll notice, is a new "Submit Feedback" button in the lower right corner of the UI. It's also there in the SysTray/docky menu. Simply right-click on the ZitaFTP server icon in the SysTray (or dock, on AmigaOS), and select "Submit Feedback." Please use it if you find a bug, or have a suggestion on how to make ZitaFTP even better." The new version can be tested 30 days for free. `29.Aug.2021` PPA	Jackal: First demo version available Recently NeesoGames had announced an Amiga port of Jackal, originally released in 1986 by Konami (amiga-news.de reported), which is supposed to provide "some graphical improvements on the Amiga (OCS-ECS)" and to become the entry for the AmiGameJam 2021. Now a first, very early demo version of the game has been released which is developed with the Scorpion Engine. The following features still are impemented: Basic jeep movement Basic fire Secondary weapons Enemy soldiers Enemy vehicles estructible props (metal gate, roofs..) stage 1 music (wip) by Simone Bernacchia As the developers wrote, "there are no player collisions (you're basically immortal), no POWs to rescue and no Boss fight yet."
