Firefox port: Source code of Timberwolf released
In July 2012, the bonus of 6700 Euro for a port of Firefox for AmigaOS 4 was paid out to the Frieden brothers, although "Release Candidate 1" of their port of Firefox 4.0 named "Timberwolf" did not run smoothly. Two other updates have been provided, then the project seemed to have been put on hold.
According to a comment of Thomas Frieden on amigans.net, both software programmers decided to releases the complete source code of the project on Github. Although the files sporadicly include copyright notices, which expressly prohibit the transfer of the source code, according to Frieden the complete source code is under the Mozilla Public License. If you change it, you are asked to add it to the original Github archive. Please contact Thomas Frieden.
