PCI-Busboard: Documents for Prometheus PCI released
12 years ago Grzegorz "Krashan" Kraszewski developed for Matay the PCI-busboard Prometheus. Now Kraszewski has made available all files on his website which are necessary for the production of the hardware.
The available firmware is being used in all 250 produced Prometheus-boards. Some years later E3B reworked the original firmware for the project DaVinci - this new firmware can also transfer DMA.
On amigaworld.net Filip Dąb-Mirowski (Matay) has announced that E3B will make available this updated firmware versions under e3b.de/prometheus/ soon which will include a brief instruction for a firmware upgrade of the Prometheus.
