Text viewer: EvenMore 0.67-20091117

EvenMore is a text viewer written in AmigaE and by Chris Perver. Changes in this version:

Removed register module in the information window, and replaced the tabs with standard buttons
Merged search settings and scan results into one window. Also fixed scan results line number, which was broken
Custom screen name will now always be 'EvenMore'. Removed the 'Go to screen' function from the settings menu, and added a public screen list selector in the updated preference plugin
Removed need for multitext module. Modified EasyGUI code to allow centre justification in text gadgets
