distributed.net: PowerPC/AmigaOS Surpasses x86/DOS in the RC5-72 Competition The PowerPC/AmigaOS platform zipped past x86/DOS sooner than expected, taking 14th place among platform rankings. PowerPC/AmigaOS now finds itself directly behind PowerPC/MorphOS, which is itself coming up quickly behind X86/NetBSD and is projected to catch it on 24th February, 2005.
