RP-Online: Law-court dismisses suit against Grokster and Morpheus-creator

An American law-court decided that the authors of the exchange programs Grokster and Morpheus
are not responsible for the violation of the copyright done by the users.
Because the illegally exchanged films and songs have not been saved centrally on servers
of the software developer thus they are not responsible for the content of the files.
Thus the law-court dismissed a suit of the film studios and record companies.«
