Golem: Interview: The developers are bad, not PHP »Zend founder Zeev Suraski in talks with Golem.de The Israeli company Zend is responsible for the core of the free script language PHP that has been released recently in version 5 and offers commercial products for PHP. PHP 5 comes with many new functions that are partly due to the reworked object support of the Zend Engine II.
