Golem: Rambus, Toshiba and Elpida introduce XDR DRAM »XDR DRAM runs next with 3.2 GHz, later with 6.4 GHz and higher. Together with Toshiba and Elpida, Rambus has introduced a new generation of memory. XDR DRAM uses the XDR memory interface (previously Yellowstone) from Rambus and runs at up to 3.2 GHz.
