Stiftung Warentest: 0190 numbers - search engine shows netprovider Stiftung Warentest reports in this article about a search engine in the Internet that is supposed to give information about which 0190 number belongs to which provider. This is an offer of the German "Regulierungsbehörde für Telekommunikation und Post". The search engine is active since Wednesday. Unfortunately it shows only the net provider of the calling number, therefore it's still complicated to search the people in the background behind the numbers. This search engine is a correct but only a first step in the fight against the unscrupulous dialer money makers. Read the full (German) article following the title link.
