Golem: SCO Now Wishes to Proceed Against Linux Users "Linux is an unauthorized derivative of Unix, or at least SCO charges that; in their view Linux infringes on their Unix copyrights. Accordingly commercial Linux users are going to have to reckon with this, because their use of Linux may be made liable.
