TTEngine is a text-rendering environment for AmigaOS that is based on TrueType Font. Yesterday the author Grzegorz Kraszewski
released TTEngine Version 6.3. News and changes:
- Alphablending system redesigned completely based on ideas by
Fabio Alemagna, now TTEngine uses real gamma correction. Gamma
coefficent is adjustable by user.
- New tag TT_Gamma in TT_SetAttrs() call for gamma coefficent
adjust.
- FPU version is discontinued. New alphablending code does not
use FPU at all and is faster even than FPU 6.2 version. Using
FPU gives no further speedup.
