Printers: HP DeskJet 870C driver V40.20 by Peter Hutchison
On May 25th, 2002, Peter Hutchison
has published version 40.20 of his printer driver for the HP DeskJet 800C series. This
version of the driver now supports data compression for faster printouts.
The driver is suited for Workbench 1.3 through 3.1 and the HP DeskJet 800 series -
the notable exception being the 820C, which is a Windows-only printer. In particular the driver runs with 87xC,
88xC and 89xC.
Supported resolutions are from 150 to 600 dpi (colour: up to 600x300 dpi, b/w: up to 600x600 dpi).
Printing systems like TurboPrint or Print Studio should not be used with this driver.
The archive contains binaries for 68000, 68020 and 68040.
