SuperTV is a new Gui-front-end of Peter Gordon for watching TV with the help of the PCI-busboard Mediator which offers many features like frame-modus without a border, change of the channel with the numeric keypad etc. You can find the current version 0.5 beta on the 3rd Party Mediator Software page of VGR (title link).
