Encyclopedia mentiones the Amiga
The "Multimedia-Encyclopedia 2002", which can be purchased at Aldi (German
discounter), is reading about the Amiga:
»Amiga
Home computer developed in the 80th by the company Amiga, then distributed
by Commodore with Motorola processors. Popular home computers of the Amiga line
are the models Amiga 500 and Amiga 1000. More efficient versions of the Amiga
also could be utilized for more challenging projects (Amiga 2000 and Amiga 4000).
Amiga was taken over by the German trade chain Escom, then by the US company
Viscorp, and finally by the company Amino, but though several announcements
were made no new Amiga products were launched, so far.« (ps) (Translation: mj)
