Amiga-Society.de: It's all over Horst Diebel writes: 1.12.2001 - This is the end of the Amiga-Society.de. Why should we create such a site that is of no use at all and that only causes trouble? This question has occurred to me over the last few weeks more and more frequently. After our relaunch we had more and more attacks on our site and in particular on my PC, that is to say my e-mail address. A week ago it finally happened that I gradually switched off the e-mail addresses because only virulent e-mails were arriving. The initiators will know what I mean.... maybe they have reached their objective in this way. By the end of the year I will have the site switched off! The competition will of course be finished - relevant addresses will be available before the end of the year and approximately until the 6th January 2002. The announcement of the lucky winners will be around mid-January 2002. After this event I will retire completely. The project "battlefield" will certainly be continued by some of the participants - alternative Internet addresses will probably be announced very soon. BI would like to thank all the people who have helped create the site. Bye.... Horst (sd) (Translation: sr) [News message: 02.
