Update of the ICQ user list
Due to other projects Markus Schmidt had less time to intensively care for the ICQ
user list. Hence a lot of registrations retained of which the number of 26 now have
been entered to the list. Six new post code sections were added by this. The number of
20 entries remaining will be entered to the list during the following days.
Markus Schmidt: "By this I ask anybody, who might already have been missing his/her
entry, to apologize and for a little understanding! The list is being maintained by me
only and by hand, which sometimes leads to a longer delay before the next update.
In the future I'll try to prevent longer queue times."
