Hyperion Entertainment recently conducted some tests benchmarking the Permedia 2 based Cybervision PPC against a Voodoo 3 / Prometheus combo. The test is a timedemo in Heretic II.

Cybervision PPC
640x480: 14.9 FPS
800x600: 9.9 FPS

Configuration:
Cyberstorm PPC 604e/233-060/50, 128 MB of RAM

Voodoo 3 (Prometheus)
640x480: 18.6 FPS
800x600: 18.6 FPS
