AmigaOS: AmigaSDL The cross platform handling of games and multimedia applications is often very difficult. There's a great number of libraries that are supposed to close this gap. Among them SDL (Simple Directmedia Layer) seems to come out as the probably most elegant and best supported project of this kind. Thanks to the latest work of long standing Amiga developer Gabriele Greco there's now an AmigaOS port of SDL available. In his article (title link) John Chandler wrote on Suite101.com why SDL may probably be the best solution in cross platform programming for the AmigaOS and delivers some links.
