H&P: ArtEffect Plugins Collection
The ArtEffect Plugins Collection
for the first time brings an extended collection of sensational effects and editing filters for the
image editing software ArtEffect.
As highlights among the effects there are Glow and DarkGlow maken
objects "glowing", Solar, Neon, and Alien to mutate images, classics
like PageCurl curling one edge of a picture, as well as OilPainting
creating a perfect painting from a photograph or scanned picture.
System requirements: ArtEffect 2, 3 or 4 (will not work with v1.5 or
SE version). The collection will come along with ArtEffect 2, so you can
