Heise: IBM WebPAD IBM will publish a WebPAD with QNX Neutrino as OS and Opera as WWW-browser. A customer also has been found, yet. If the device contains a PPC or a x86 processor was not mentioned in the message. IBM had announced PPCs for Internet appliances (just like this one) where graphics chips and parts of the periphery will be integrated on the chip. And if anyone wonders why this message belongs to the newsticker, here one hint: "This could have been the AmigaNG (QNX+Opera+[PPC ?])". Article of Heise see title link (German).
