Develop External Libraries for CanDo? Hereby I offer all programmers a development kit which allows the creation of external function libraries for CanDo. The library support was written in SAS/C, but can be adapted to Maxon or Storm with little effort. Both, synchronous as well as asynchronous function execution (by sub-task), are possible. An example is included which illustrates the way it works. The library gets opened from CanDo by the command... OpenLibrary {library name} [,{buffer name}] ...and... result=CallLibrary(buffer name, function [,arg1,arg2,...,arg10]) ...will call the function. Asynchronously executed functions are caught by the object "ExternalEvent". The entire documentation and all comments are written in English. The archive (280 kb) can be requested from youcan@amclust.de. [News message: 09. Feb. 2001, 16:23] [Comments: 0] [Send via e-mail] [Print version] [ASCII version] | ||
