Torsten Dudai New Cartoon Online: Highway Patrol

Together with a new there's a new homepage.

The layout was completely revised and Pearl is used to give it a more interactive design.
You can now rate and comment on every cartoon.

Besides, there's now a service for Amiga clubs only. More about that here.
