Game-CD: neo's voyages
Patrick Henz wrote: neo's voyages includes the German versions of Whale's Voyage I+II, Fightin' Spirit, Spherical Worlds, Der Clou and Black Viper. Because of the licences this cd-rom can only be distributed for one year and only outside the UK. Price 2,50 Euro. If you have more questions, I will be glad to answer them.
Orders can be placed on the webpage you will find by following the title link. If you have any questions feel free to send a mail to Patrick Henz (fom@3pyramids.zzn.com). (sd) (Translation: sk)

MorphOS: New version of the PC-Emulator "Bochs"
Nicholai Benalal released a new version of "Bochs", a PC-emulator for MorphOS. Some of the changes made:

  • Built-in preference editor
  • Improved control over error handling
  • New, and more interactive, disk image creator
  • Dual hard drive support
  • multiple processor emulation (SMP)
  • VNC remote viewer mode
  • Bugfixes
  • Since some people seem to have problems with BIOS-bochs-latest, I've included the old one as well. Use the one that works best for you!
Additional information and the download link are available here. (ps) (Translation: sk)

NSM-Page

Midi: camd.library V40, CamdBnp-Tools
The camd library v40 as well as the CamdBnp tools for BarsnPipes were released on the NSM page.

'camd' is a shared library for midi, which is part of the AmigaOS. Due to several problems with the original one and because there was no camd.library for AROS, this library was completely new programmed. This one should work like the original one and was successfully tested with 'BarsnPipes' 'Radium', and the 'CAMD' toolkit.

An additional driver 'mmp' and a special camd midi driver for WinUAE are available for download for this library.

The 'camdbnp.lha.zip' archive contains 64 tools for BarsnPipes, which should simplify the communication with other programs. The 'camd library' is used for this communication.

'camd40.lha' and 'mmp.lha' contains both binary and source code (APL, AROS Public License). The includes are part of the AROS source code and also available via e-mail.
