Workbench-replacement: X-bEnCH 0.74 (beta version)
X-bEnCH is an Amiga game launcher with 128 colors on screen (even on the developer's 7 MHz Amiga 2000B). This frontend autoscans the harddisk to find WHDLoad games or .exe files and and organizes them into launching listings. X-bEnCh also has an integrated CLI fully compatible with the Workbench CLI feature.
Changes:
- Fixed the OCS/ECS blue bug color in the init screen
- Start a bit faster
- New display refresh method for the launcher now as fast as light on a simple 68000/7
- Mouse pointer is now blanked
- Fixed the slow display of the Starfield menu on 68000/68010
- Now correctly switch off the display on the menu screen when needed
- Minors bugs fixeds

Amiga Future asking for feedback for their hundredth issue
Andreas Magerl writes: issue 99 has just been published, we're already working on the next one. As this will be Amiga Future 100, we'd like to hear from you: how and when did you learn about Amiga Future? Why are you reading it (or not reading it)? What did you always want to tell us, and what do you wish for in the future?
We created some space in the crypt, so Higgins can reply to all your letters in issue 100. We'd really appreciate if you could write him at Higgins@amigafuture.de, the sooner the better.
