Matt Fontenot v. Amiga Inc. (Washington)
Matt Fontenot worked for Amiga, Inc. as a product manager from March 2000 to
June 2001. In late 2002 he sued his former employer for unpaid wages.
The only publicly available documents from this case are the original employment
offer from March 2002 as well as a Motion for Summary Judgement from Fontenots
counsel that lists the money expects to be paid. The latter also has two letters
from Bill McEwen from summer 2002 attached, where he promises that Amiga will
be able to pay Fontenot what he's owed soon.
