`28.Jan.2007` Christian Effenberger (ANF)	Cross-Platform Slideshow Software: S5 1.3 Christian Effenberger has upgraded the open slideshow software S5 (built on version 1.2a2, the last version released by Eric Meyer) with some features and released this version 1.3 as public domain again. S5 ("Simple Standards-based Slide Show System") is about a browser-based presentation system, in which an XHTML document provides the contents, CSS sees to the layout and the appearance, and JavaScript manages the dynamic aspects of the presentation. The most important improvements: Images are now scaled synchronously with the text Slides and incremental images are faded in and out softly Automatic, time-controlled playback was integrated Support for background music and noises The navigation panel was adapted to the new features and extended Four new themes that use the extended options S5 1.3 runs on Gecko, Webkit and Opera-based browsers. Since the author does not possess a PC with Windows and Internet Explorer 6 or 7, he needs help from the user community to solve the problems which surely crop up with this browser. `28.Jan.2007` Amigaharry (ANF)	MorphOS: SearchStar 0.76 / SimpleView 1.9d Updates for the picture viewer SimpleView and the search tool SearchStar have been released for MorphOS by Tom 'Amigaharry' Duin. `25.Jan.2007` Grzegorz Kraszewski (ANF)	MorphOS: IMA ADPCM sound decoder for Reggae A new sound decoder class for Reggae has been released by Grzegorz 'Krashan' Kraszewski. The ima-adpcm.decoder is capable of decoding 3-bit and 4-bit IMA/DVI ADPCM streams with any number of channels (up to 256).
