Domain quarrels: AMIGAplus 03/2002 with delay Nico Barbat wrote: As reported have the editorial department and the publisher of the AMIGAplus been warned by a lawyer in the case Cyberdyne-Systems. To avoid further conflicts we have decided yesterday to remove a planned article covering this case in the news rubric of the coming issue. Further legality steps in the way of a collective suit and complaints at the lawyers association against the sueing side are in discussion right now. The AMIGAplus 03/2002 that was to be released on March 13th will be delivered because of this printing delay about three days later than planned. We ask for you to excuse this.
Furtheron we ask all readers who have got a similar warning writing to contact
the AMIGAplus editorial department (info@amigaplus.de) or directly Stefan Kost
(ensonic@sonicpulse.de). Please do not rushly sign an omission statement that
is not lawful this way!
