Ich habe eine Frage: Wenn ich auf einer Homepage MP3 Files einstelle (ich denke da an 20 - 30 Sekunden, Anspieltips). Muss man dafür eine Bewilligung haben? Ich danke für eure Antworten MvG Valentino [ - Answer - Quote - Direct link - ] |

@valentino: Grundsätzlich bedarf es für alles was man nicht selbst erstellt hat der Genehmigung des Urhebers, auch für Ausschnitte. [ - Answer - Quote - Direct link - ] |
