Windows: Update to the starter software for the broadcast "Neues"
The starter software for the Real stream of the 3sat broadcast "Neues" has experienced the following improvements with the update to version 1.3:
- Changed INI format: Updates are now managed separately for broadcast files and program updates
- Settings menu for INI file
- Message window in updates
- Server.txt
