AmigaOS 4: Directory Opus 4.18.12 (Update)
Joachim "Zerohero" Birging has published an update for Directory Opus 4 which fixes several minor bugs and includes some optimations. So now you can start external modules under AmigaOS 4.1.

Briging now has released version 4.18.12:
- There was one nasty bug that could freeze the system when deleting recursive directories that nested deep
- "PrintDir" command should work again.

Operating system: NetBSD 4.01 for Classic Amiga
NetBSD is a Unix-like operating system which is distributed under the licence of Open Source. Currently 53 different platforms are supported inclusive Amiga/68k (and DraCo).
NetBSD requires a MMU, at least a 68020 CPU and 8 MB FastRAM. You can find a list of the most important changes in version 4.01 in the official announcement.

AmiWest: Video and audio streaming with UGN

AmigaOS 4: New versions of PrBoom, Quake 2 and Quake 3
Under the title link there are new ports of the well-known Ego-Shooter PrBoom (a Doom version), Quake 2 and Quake 3. All three games now support MiniGL and therefore use the 3D-hardware of modern graphic cards. According to users Quake 3 additionally is to become more stable.

MorphOS: Gallerius 2.3 creates HTML-Galleries
Gallerius written by Pawel 'Stefkos' Stefanski creates HTML thumbnail galleries. Changes in version 2.3:
- Choice between internal or external picture viewer
- Colours can be saved and loaded
- File comments can be changed and used as picture subtitles in the galerie
- Position of navigation list can be changed (up, down, on both positions)
- Number of pictures per column and page can be changed

AROS: Demo-CD with new and updated GNU-ports
Stanislaw Szymczyk tries to achieve that the operating system AROS can be compiled under itself. The corresponding Bounty project must be finished until the 1. Dezember and currently has 395 US-Dollar.
Because for this project several GNU packages as well as Perl and Python are required these ones had to be fixed or ported for AROS for the first time. Demonstrating the status Stanislaw Szymczyk has published an AROS-Demo-CD under the title link with which you can compile e.g. Perl and Python.
