Mick Tinker zu QNX Auf der Boxer-Seite schreibt Mick Tinker zu QNX: Q: What is your position on QNX? A: I am enthusiastic. It provides an Amiga-like OS with modern features. It will allow the hardware to develop much faster than has been possible with AmigaOS because the OS supports more devices and adding new high performance hardware will be easier. I am talking with QNX with a view to having the OS available for the BoXeR when it ships or shortly afterwards. I find myself agreeing with the views expressed by Wolf at Phase 5. Geplant ist, das Boxer-Board im Oktober für die Produktion fertig zu haben. Die ersten Systeme könnten dann auf der Kölner Messe, November 1999, ausgeliefert werden. (ps) [Meldung: 05.
