Pegasos: Pictures from the Thendic France presentation in Bordeaux
This weekend saw the Pegasos computer's and MorphOS' first public presentation by Thendic France in Bordeaux. Pictures by Bertrand "Frodon" Presles and a video of this demonstration can be found under the title link. In addition a report will be published soon.

3D: MiniGL from Hyperion Entertainment
'MiniGL' for developers has been published on Aminet. This is a subset of the 3D API 'OpenGL', which has been developed by Hyperion Entertainment (Hans-Jörg Frieden, Thomas Frieden und Christian Michael) with the emphasis on speed.

The archive contains the MiniGL ANSI-C source code, source code of demo programs, the documentation and make files for gcc and vbcc.

Warp3D is required.

Amiga Flame


Amiga Flame: Software for AmigaOne and AmigaDE (Kick Off 2)
Philip Cosby has published two articles on Amiga Flame.

After last week's AmigaOne-Guide, in 'AmigaOne Software Line-Up' he particularly goes into software titles for the AmigaOne.

In 'Kick Off 2002 - The Legend is back' he reports shortly about Virtual Programming having come to an agreement with Anco which entitles Virtual Programming to port Kick Off 2 to Intent/AmigaDE. (sd) (Translation: cb)

Database: SatraDB for AmigaOS still under work
Satra Systems website has been reworked in general. With this opportunity they have told that the database management system 'SatraDB' for AmigaOS 3.5 is still under development. Progress is slow but the project hasn't been canceled. (ps) (Translation: ub)

Game: Tales of Tamar now to order
After six years of development the time has come. The basic set of Tales of Tamar is now to order. For this reason the ToT team has done the work to renew the start site for ToT completely. The graphically impressing result is to view via the title link. For questions about the game there is a forum with several categories available.

Tales of Tamar will be delivered in September/Oktober 2002. The basic set costs 59,90 EUR, including three CDs and a 64 paged manual.

Tales of Tamar is an Internet and round based game for Amiga, Atari, Mac, Linux and PC from Eternity Entertainment Software. More details and meaningful screenshots are available with the title link. (ps) (Translation: ub)
