Crowdfunding: Memory Management Unit (MMU) for Apollo V4 series
Willem Drijver has launched a fundraising campaign to develop a Memory Management Unit (MMU) (German) for the Vampire V4 series, which, if successful, will be implemented by Gunnar von Boehn. An MMU for the 68080 CPU is expected to offer the following advantages:
- Compatibility with (Amiga) Unix/Linux
- Compatibility with Motorola 68060 MMU
- Compatibility with Atari Platform
Of the targeted ¤4,000, over ¤3,200 has already been received.
