C-A Acquisition Corp. renamed to Amiga Corporation In 2019 Mike Battilana (Cloanto) founded the C-A Acquisition Corp. and transferred the trademarks, copyrights and Internet domains he had acquired from Amiga, Inc. to this company. So far, amiga.com didn't show anything worth mentioning, but now several Amiga-related logos and a note that these brands are registered trademarks of "Amiga Corporation" have been added to the site. Approached by amiga-news.de, Mike Battilana confirms that "C-A Acquisition Corp." was renamed to "Amiga Corporation" but that it would remain discreet ("low profile will continue") until the [legal] issues are sorted out. He says the company is not completely inactive though, amongst other things it has been placing full-page advertisements in Amiga Future for more than a year. Battilana pointed out to a Twitter thread which can be used for directly asking him questions about Amiga Corporation or his plans for the Amiga. (cg) (Translation: dr) [News message: 15.
