Commercial update: AmigaOS 4.1 Final Edition available by the end of November
In a excerpt of the upcoming issue of the magazine Amiga Future, for the first time a "AmigaOS 4.1 Final Edition" is mentioned. It is a commercial update for AmigaOS 4.1 which is supposed to be available by the end of November.
Currently a detailed list of changes is not available. The excerpt of the article mentioned the following improvements:
- New Shell wit tabs and line buffer
- Workbench context menu with icons (sizes can be changed via tooltypes)
- Workbench with new preview mode (files having not any can be previewed)
- Reworked Workbench menu which can be set up more easily
- New versions of Python and NTFS
The "Final Edition" is supposed to be available for 29,95 Euro and will be delivered in a DVD-box.
