Combined player/decoder/encoder GUI for .ogg files

Today I have finished the combined Ogg GUI for player/decoder/encoder. With this
you can set up nearly everything in the programs you want to. Among other
things the conversion of .ogg files to .wav files, encoding of AIFF,
AIFF/c and WAV to Ogg files. You can enter additional information about the
song in the Ogg file, too, like date, genre, track number, name of the song,
artist, comment and serial number. Besides, you can set the audio quality of the
Ogg file from 0 to 10.
This GUI can be obtained directly from me via email. The GUI has to be
installed in the same directory where the Ogg player and Ogg encoder are
placed. In addition you need a CLI program called "requeststring". But this is
included in the archive I send as it is freeware, too.
