Statement by Thendic regarding reproaches by Amiga Inc.
Thendic France, bPlan and the MorphOS team comment on the earlier allegations by Amiga Inc. regarding
the legality of MorphOS in a short statement at
morphos-news.de (title link), after the deadline set by AI, after which they would
start legal proceedings (1 Sep 2002), has passed without discernible action.
