back2roots.org: New mirrors
Besides a complete mirror (accessable via http and ftp) we added some new
interesting mirrors:
Newly added complete mirrors:
- amidemos.org (Amiga demos as DivX videoformat),
- amigascne.org (a lot scene material)
- aros.org (the source compatible AmigaOS clone),
- geekgadgets.org (ports of many GNU/FSF programs for Amiga),
- funet.fi [amiga] (many old Amiga programs, +Fish disks 1-999)
- uu.net [amiga] (only few but very old Amiga programs :)
- AMOK (Amiga Modula & Oberon Club, disks 1-105)
- UAE (Ubiquitous Amiga Emulator, source- and binary archive)
- WinUAE (Main-FTP of winuae.net)
Except the old pieces of software, everything else is updated every day and Aminet even every 2 hours.
As a special gift you will find the complete 'Frozenfish'-cd that also contains fish-disks 1-1000.
If somebody wants to add other freeware (floppy-)disk series and owns a flatrate, please feel free
to contact us. ADF, DMS and lha archives are welcomed, too.
Furthermore we would like to publish other freeware CD's. So if somebody owns such a thing and has a broadband connection available do not hasitate and contact us, too. Our ftp-server can be accessed at:
