Microsoft: Sueing federal staates are to be supplied with Windows sources
According to a press report by Reuters Microsoft has to permit the
9 sueing federal states to examine the source code of Windows as ordered
by Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly in connection with the cartel trial.
This is supposed to give the prosecuting party an opportunity to discover
if Microsoft's statement that it is not possible to create a Windows version
without Internet Explorer is right.
