Messenger: CIM now supporting PGP5 for encrypting chat

This mode was not tested, yet. Since PGP5 outwardly only differs in
its syntax from PGP2.6, I guess it works without problem.
CIM allows to send messages through firewalls server independent and
with PGP encypted, has a clear user management and useful additional
information.
CIM is not compatibel with ICQ , AIM or YIM.
