Golem: Novum: Motorola connects silicon with group semiconductors »Light-issueing semiconductors and silicon circuits on one chip Motorola has announced an important breakthrough at developing of semiconductor-materials: The producer succeeded in putting gallium-arsenid-transistors in a narrow gallium-arsenid-layer which grows on a silicon-wafer.
