Amiga users list updated

The version change from 10.00 to 11.00 was made because I got erroneously an old
version of the list when taking over the AUL. All entries that were made in the
last Amiga users list by Stefan Martens are now contained in the new version, too.
From the next version on I'll update the AUL, therefore I'll verify the entries
and delete all non up-to-date entries without replacement!
Everybody already listed should check his/her entry and tell should something
have changed meanwhile."
