The ICQ User List has got a Forum, now
Since there are more and more registrations from people apparently not knowing
what ICQ is about, Markus Schmidt has set up a
forum which
hopefully will be used lively.
It is planned to create an ICQ-FAQ from the postings but at the time being
time and information to do that is missing. Thence all ICQ users (and such about to
become one) are asked to drop by time by time and use the forum.
